How to select which qualification?

So how do you know which leadership and management qualification to choose? Well in every case, we let the evidence to decide. The evidence will point to the correct qualification.

What do we mean by that?

So it depends on your role and your skills and experience. If you're an assistant manager a shift manager or a team leader.

Typically you might be running some meetings and making sure that the work gets done.

Often this would be the role of a Certificate IV and Leadership and Management on the other hand.

If you are a shop manager, if you're a team leader, you might be a sales manager.

If you're in charge of a small group and you do performance reviews on them quarterly or annually, for example. You're far more likely to be the Diploma Level Leadership and Management.

Now, of course, if you're identifying areas of the business to continuously

improve organizational development. If you're writing business cases and business plans to move the business forward, then it's highly likely that you'll have the skills and knowledge of the Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management.

However, in every case, we let the evidence point to the correct level of leadership

and management qualification.
